Bra sizes
A bra size combines the band, which follows the underbust, with the cup, which follows the difference between bust and underbust. Look each one up in its own table.
FR / BE / ES: France, Belgium and Spain. IT: Italy. AU / NZ: Australia and New Zealand. JP / KR: Japan and South Korea.
Band sizes
Put band and cup together: a European 75B is 90B in France, 34B in the UK and US, 3B in Italy and 12B in Australia. Japan writes the cup first, as in B75.

How to measure
Measure without a bra or over one without padding, with the tape measure level and snug but not tight.
- Underbust
- Directly under the bust, level and snug all the way round, after breathing out.
- Bust
- Around the fullest part of the bust, with the tape level across the back.
The measurements are a guide: every brand cuts a little differently, and where a brand publishes its own size chart, that is the one to follow.
